30. 영주권 승인, 하지만... (EB-2 NIW)

5월 9일 밤 11시, 드디어 I-485 status가 바뀌었다.

"New Card Is Being Produced" !!

 

5월 10일이 되기 1시간 전이 었지만 5월 10일 날짜로 업데이트가 되었다.

 

5월 10일 오후에 Case was approved가 되었고

 

5월 13일에 다시 한번 Case was approved 업데이트가 뜨고,

5월 16일에 Card was mailed to me.

 

그리고 5월 20일에 실물 카드를 수령했다.

 

 

 

하지만...

아직 끝나지 않았다.

배우자의 케이스가 여전히 case remains pending 상태고 하루이틀 차를 두고 승인될 줄 알았지만 2주가 되도록 승인 소식이 없다.

 

그 사이 service request 답변이 돌아왔는데....

 

" Your case is awaiting interview scheduling. When an appointment is available, we will mail you a notice to the most recent address we have on file. Please carefully follow the instructions outlined on your interview notice.  There is no further action required from you at this time."

 

인터뷰가 잡히려나보다....
